Braised Chicken “Lollipops”
Fall weather brings that natural preference for heartier meals since you’re indoors long enough to actually let something sit over the stove. I very loosely followed this recipe for braised chicken from Gourmet Magazine, opting instead for braising the chicken in red wine and leaving the Mexican ingredients for another day.
